Here are the instructions:-
1. Stand against a blank background if you can.2. Relax your belly, no sucking in allowed!
3. Have belly photographed.
4. Create email and tell us how much alcohol you drink per day and how much exercise you do.
5. Attach photo of belly to email.
6. Click the Upload link below and follow directions but we will not know your details, better to send an email to themanbellyproject@gmail.com. We will not divulge your email address!
It's as simple as that, and if over time you have some significant changes to your belly, such as a six pack appears or it doubles in size, send us a new photo and we'll highlight your progress!
